• Training & Development: Designs and facilitates bilingual learning programs to elevate team capabilities across corporate and plant levels.
• Compensation & Benefits: Oversees market-competitive salary structures, local benefits administration, and regional payroll alignment.
• Statutory Compliance: Enforces strict adherence to Gujarat state labor laws, factory compliance, and workplace safety mandates.
• Strategic Leadership: Partners with executive leadership to scale regional HR operations and support long-term business expansion.
