Job summary

TÜV SÜD seeks a Sr. Executive – Tendering to support tendering and project coordination across Infrastructure, Industrial & Renewable sectors in Gurugram, India.

You will drive bid documentation, handle government bidding portals, and generate MIS reports while coordinating with clients and teams. Requirements include a B.Tech in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical and 3+ years of relevant experience; experience with TPIA/PMC is advantageous.

Qualifications

• B.Tech in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical is required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in tendering or bidding.
• Experience with TPIA/PMC organizations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage tender/bid documentation.
• Handle bidding via Government portals and GeM.
• Prepare MIS, reports and presentations.
• Track project status, billing and payments.
• Coordinate team attendance and client communications.
• Analyze data using MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and AI tools.
