Job summary

TÜV SÜD is seeking a tender documentation specialist capable of handling infrastructure, industrial and renewable projects. You will prepare tender documents, manage bid processes, and generate MIS and client presentations.

The role also covers project status tracking, billing and payments, and coordinating with teams and clients to ensure timely delivery of tender submissions.

Qualifications

• B.Tech in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical is required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in bidding/tendering.
• Experience with TPIA/PMC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender documents for infrastructure, industrial and renewables sectors.
• Be proficient in bid documentation, MIS generation, and presenting reports.
• Support project management: status, billing, payments, team attendance and client contacts.

Responsibility and Authority

• Well versed with bidding process at government/ GEM portals..
• Generation of relevant MIS
• Project Management (project status, billing, payments, teams attendance, client contacts)
• Preparing presentations, MIS, Reports

Education and Experience

1. B.Tech - Civil, Electrical, Mechanical.
