Job summary

Aadharshila Designs is seeking a Tender Executive - Business Development in Delhi to identify tender opportunities, manage end-to-end bidding, and build relations with government bodies and private clients.

You will monitor CPP/GeM portals, prepare technical bids, EOIs and RFPs, review documents, and coordinate with architects, engineers and finance teams to secure new consultancy projects. 5+ years' government tendering experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a reputed university with minimum 5 years of relevant Government Tendering experience for Civil Engineering, Architectural Consultancy or PMC projects.
• Sound knowledge of Government Procurement Procedures, Tender Documentation, GeM, CPP Portal and e-Procurement portals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and track government and private tender opportunities related to architectural, engineering and PMC services.
• Monitor tender portals such as CPP Portal, GeM, State e-Procurement Portals, Railways, CPWD, NBCC, Smart Cities and authorities.
• Prepare and submit Technical Bids, Expression of Interest (EOI), Request for Proposal (RFP) responses and Pre-Qualification documents.
• Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, scope of work, commercial conditions and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with Architects, Engineers, Finance and Management teams for preparation of bid documents.
• Prepare pre-bid queries, compliance statements, presentations and bid submissions.
• Develop strategic partnerships, Joint Ventures (JV) and Consortium arrangements whenever required.
• Maintain tender database, bid pipeline, MIS reports and business development records.
• Liaise with Government Departments, Clients and Consultants for business development activities.
• Support contract negotiations, bid clarifications and post-award documentation.

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Tender Executive - Business Development to identify business opportunities, manage the complete tendering process, coordinate with internal departments, prepare technical proposals, and develop strategic relationships with Government Departments, PSUs and Private Clients. The candidate will play a key role in expanding the company's consultancy portfolio through successful participation in government and private sector tenders.

Key Responsibility

• Identify and track Government and Private Sector tender opportunities related to Architectural, Engineering and Project Management Consultancy services.
• Monitor tender portals such as CPP Portal, GeM, State e-Procurement Portals, Railways, CPWD, NBCC, Smart Cities, Development Authorities and other Government Agencies.

Candidate Profile

• Tender Executive - Business Development - Should be a Graduate (Any Discipline) from a reputed University with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Government Tendering for Civil Engineering, Architectural Consultancy or Project Management Consultancy projects.
• The candidate should possess sound knowledge of Government Procurement Procedures, Tender Documentation, Pre-Qualification Criteria, GeM Portal, CPP Portal, e-Procurement Systems and various Government Tender Portals.
• Experience in preparing technical bids, coordinating consortiums/JVs, and managing end-to-end bidding activities will be preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Strong knowledge of Government Tendering Procedures and e-Procurement Systems.
• Experience in Architectural Consultancy, Civil Engineering Consultancy or PMC tendering.
• Excellent analytical, communication and proposal writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
• Experience with GeM Portal, CPP Portal and other Government procurement platforms.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
• Should have relevant experience in handling Tender, EPC tender, Consultancy Tender, Client Handling, Business Development, Pre-Bid Management, Business meetings, Pre Bid Meetings.
