Job summary

Walplast Products in Dhule region seeks a sales/marketing professional to drive market penetration and channel advocacy for tile adhesives. Responsibilities

• Customer and Market Insights: Develop an in-depth understanding of customer and influencer preferences in the assigned market, analyze competition offerings versus our offerings, and formulate actionable strategies to create a sustainable competitive advantage for brand Walplast.
• Market Penetration and Coverage: Ensure that Walplast gains traction in the market through aggressive market coverage and demonstrations to clients, trade, builders, contractors, applicators, and architects.
• Dealer Support and Inventory Management: Convince and enable channel partners to invest in and maintain appropriate inventory levels by creating awareness and demand through influencers and client activation.
• Sales Strategy: Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by staying current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
• Resource Deployment: Ensure optimal deployment of resources for the desired ROI by allocating talent, time, and promotion in ATL and BTL activities for efficiency.
• Revenue Growth: Meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative.
• Market Research: Conduct regular market research to gain market intelligence and evaluate customer needs with geographical understanding.
• Reporting: Ensure compliance with reporting requirements in online and offline formats.
