Job summary

Walplast Products is seeking a dynamic sales/marketing professional in Mehsana, Gujarat, to drive customer and market insights and execute aggressive market coverage for Walplast Tile Adhesives. The role focuses on dealer support, inventory management, and strategic revenue growth through both ATL and BTL activities.

Preferred candidates have 3 to 7 years of experience in tile adhesives. Mehsana experience will be considered. This is a field-based role targeting expansion in the assigned market.

Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of experience in tile adhesives and its range, preferably with Mehsana exposure.

Responsibilities

• Customer and Market Insights: Understand customer and influencer preferences in the assigned market and formulate actionable strategies for competitive advantage for Walplast.
• Market Penetration and Coverage: Drive market traction, communicate product quality to clients through presentations and demonstrations.
• Dealer Support and Inventory Management: Enable channel partners to maintain inventory by creating awareness and demand through influencers and client activation.
• Sales Strategy: Maintain sales volume, product mix, and pricing by tracking supply/demand and competitors.
• Resource Deployment: Allocate talent, time, and promotions efficiently for max ROI in ATL and BTL activities.
• Revenue Growth: Meet customer acquisition and revenue targets by keeping Walplast competitive and innovative.
• Market Research: Regularly gain market intelligence and understand customer needs across regions.
• Reporting: Ensure compliance with reporting requirements online and offline.

Role & responsibilities

• Customer and Market Insights: Develop an in-depth understanding of customer and influencer preferences in the assigned market, analyze competition offerings versus our offerings, and formulate actionable strategies to create a sustainable competitive advantage for brand Walplast.


• Market Penetration and Coverage:Ensure that Walplast Tile Adhesives gains traction in the market through aggressive market coverage (reach & penetration). Communicate product quality to clients, trade, builders, contractors, applicators, and architects through repeated product presentations and demonstrations.


• Dealer Support and Inventory Management:Convince and enable channel partners to invest in and maintain appropriate inventory levels of Walplast Tile Adhesive and allied products by creating awareness and demand through influencers and client activation.


• Sales Strategy: Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by staying current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.


• Resource Deployment: Ensure optimal deployment of resources for the desired ROI by appropriately allocating talent, time, and promotion in both ATL and BTL activities for maximum efficiency.


• Revenue Growth: Meet the company's customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative.


• Market Research: Conduct regular market research to gain market intelligence, gauge selling possibilities, and evaluate customer needs with a good geographical understanding.


• Reporting: Ensure complete compliance with the company's reporting requirements in both online and offline formats.
