Skillventory is seeking a profile to drive TPM and Lean Manufacturing practices across manufacturing operations. The role focuses on improving equipment reliability, boosting process efficiency, reducing downtime, and optimizing manpower utilization.

The candidate will support plant-level operational excellence programs, help define key performance measures, and analyze statistical data with Minitab to explain process conditions and deviations to top management.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing TPM and Lean manufacturing in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to analyze data and interpret process deviations.
• Strong communication with plant leadership and cross-functional teams.

Role & responsibilities -

This profile will be responsible to drive operational excellence by implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Lean Manufacturing practices to enhance equipment reliability, improve process efficiency, reduce downtime, and optimize manpower utilization

across manufacturing operations.

• Support for the Implementation of the operational excellence programs across the plant level.
• Support the department head in defining key measures of respective operations.
• Analysing statistical data using Minitab to interpret existing process conditions & deviation to top management.
