Job description

The Executive – Production will be responsible for managing day-to-day production activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity. The involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, monitoring manufacturing processes, and optimizing operations to achieve production targets. The candidate will ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP guidelines, and regulatory requirements while maintaining proper documentation and process control.

• Execute and monitor daily production activities as per approved production plans.
• Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, batch manufacturing records (BMR), and process guidelines.
• Supervise production processes to maintain efficiency, consistency, and product quality.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with maintenance teams to reduce downtime.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate production records, logs, and documentation.
• Coordinate with QA and QC teams to ensure product quality and process compliance.
• Manage manpower allocation and oversee production staff performance.
• Optimize production processes to improve productivity and reduce wastage.
• Ensure proper utilization of raw materials and minimize material losses.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores for timely availability of materials.
• Identify process deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of production areas.
• Participate in audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Support validation, qualification, and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to safety practices and maintain a safe working environment.
• Prepare production reports, MIS, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with engineering and utility teams for smooth plant operations.
• Train and guide production staff on SOPs, safety, and operational best practices.
