*Key Roles & Responsibilities Production Engineering:

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across production processes and manufacturing lines.
• Identify bottlenecks, process losses and productivity gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Improve line productivity, cycle time, manpower utilization and process efficiency.
• Conduct time study, line balancing and process capacity analysis.
• Implement Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, Poka-Yoke and other process improvement techniques.
• Develop and standardize work methods, SOPs, work instructions and process parameters.
• Support new process / new product introduction, process trials and production ramp-up.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance and other cross-functional teams.
• Analyze production data and use RCA / problem-solving tools to eliminate recurring issues.
• Identify opportunities for automation, semi-automation, tooling and fixture improvement.
• Reduce rejection, rework, downtime, material wastage and manufacturing cost.
• Monitor and improve OEE, productivity and process performance.
• Support implementation of visual management and standard work on the shop floor.
• Ensure improvements are sustained through proper documentation and periodic review.
