Job description

This role in an HVAC, Cleanroom, and Pharmaceutical Infrastructure company primarily involves managing the international shipment and supply chain of products and equipment related to these specialized industries. This role ensures that the company's goods, such as HVAC systems, cleanroom equipment, and pharmaceutical infrastructure, are exported efficiently, comply with regulations, and reach at sites on time.

1. Export Pre-shipment & Post-shipment Documentation

Manage all documentation processes related to export shipments, including pre-shipment preparations and post-shipment activities.

2. Coordination with CHA for Factory Stuffing & Documentation

Liaise with Customs House Agents (CHA) to coordinate factory stuffing activities and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.

3. Coordination with Project & Planning Team for Client Requirement Documentation

Collaborate with project and planning teams to gather and prepare documentation required by clients for export shipments.

4. Coordination with SGS Team for Inspection & Container Sealing

Coordinate with SGS inspection teams to facilitate inspections and ensure proper sealing of containers in compliance with regulations.

5. Coordination with Third Party Inspection Agency (Vanning Inspection) for Hazardous Shipment

Coordinate with SGS inspection teams to facilitate inspections and ensure proper sealing of containers in compliance with regulations.

6. Preparing Hazardous Shipment Documentation

Prepare and manage documentation for hazardous shipments, including required permits, certificates, and safety data sheets.

7. RFID Sealing & Documentation After Dispatch

Arrange for RFID sealing of shipments and maintain documentation related to RFID sealing post-dispatch.

8. Preparing Documents for MEIS & ROTDEP

Prepare necessary documents for Merchandise Exports from India Scheme (MEIS) and Remission of Duties and Taxes on Exported Products (RODTEP) benefits.

9. Preparing Shipping Marks & Vehicle Loading Details

Create shipping marks and provide vehicle loading details for efficient transportation of export shipments.

10. Maintaining Reports of Export Shipment, DBK & RODTEP Details

Generate and maintain reports documenting export shipments, Duty Drawback (DBK), and RODTEP details for record-keeping and compliance purposes.

11. Pre & Post-shipment Activities for Pharmaceutical Industry Shipment

Manage pre and post-shipment activities specific to pharmaceutical industry shipments, including documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.

12. ADC Documentation for Pharma Products

Prepare and manage documentation for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) and other pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications and Experience

Educational Qualifications: Any Bachelor's degree or in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in export operations and logistics, preferably within the HVAC, cleanroom, or pharmaceutical infrastructure industries.

Skills: In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations and export documentation. Proficiency in logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
