Job Description:
- Knowledge of export documentation
Good understanding of export-related documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, GR/EGM, and other statutory documents required for customs clearance and regulatory compliance. - Export documentation operations in Logisys software and filing of shipping bills online
Hands-on experience in processing export documentation using the Logisys system, including accurate preparation and online filing of shipping bills on the customs portal within prescribed timelines. Regular updating in the system of the milestone dates. - E‑Sanchit document uploading on Customs ICEGATE
Responsible for scanning, indexing, and uploading supporting documents through the E‑Sanchit module on the ICEGATE portal, ensuring correctness, completeness, and linkage with the relevant shipping bills. - Good knowledge of customs export schemes
Knowledge of customs incentive and compliance schemes such as Duty Drawback, RoDTEP, Advance Authorization, EPCG, and other applicable export benefits. - SCOMET list checking
Verification of export items against the SCOMET list to determine licensing requirements, compliance obligations, and to avoid regulatory violations prior to shipping bill filing. - ODEX operations – Form 13 and document handover online to the shipping line
Handling ODEX-related procedures including preparation and submission of Form 13, coordinating physical document handover where required, and ensuring smooth interaction with customs authorities for timely clearance. - Maintaining customer DSR (Daily Status Report) & MIS reports
Regular preparation and updating of customer DSRs to track shipment status, documentation progress, customs clearance updates, and timely communication of milestones and exceptions. - Coordination with customers (added advantage)
Effective coordination with customers/exporters to collect documentation, clarify discrepancies, provide shipment updates, and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication. - Preparation of Certificate of Origin (COO)
Preparation and processing of Certificates of Origin, including coordination with chambers or authorized agencies, ensuring accuracy and adherence to destination country requirements.

Experience and Qualifications
- Any Graduation
- High standard of computer literacy with Microsoft Office applications and relevant transport management applications.
- 2-4 years of working experience
- Sound knowledge of Export Customs documentation and hands-on experience in Shipping Bill filing through Logisys Software, ensuring accurate and compliant export clearances.
