Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline with relevant export logistics experience.
• Experience in pharma or manufacturing export documentation and procedures.
• Knowledge of export regulations and ERP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate export shipments and ensure timely dispatch of goods.
• Prepare and verify export documentation including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, certificates, and customs documents.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs agents, banks, and overseas customers for smooth execution of export orders.
• Track shipments and provide regular delivery status updates.
• Handle export-related banking activities, including letters of credit and payment documentation.
• Ensure GDP, cGMP, export regulations, and company quality systems compliance.
• Maintain accurate export records, reports, and ERP transactions.
• Verify stock, dispatch documents, and system records for accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate export shipments and ensure timely dispatch of goods.
2. Prepare and verify export documentation including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, certificates, and customs documents.
3. Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs agents, banks, and overseas customers for smooth execution of export orders.
4. Track shipments and provide regular delivery status updates.
5. Handle export-related banking activities, including Letters of Credit (LC), export payment documentation, and submission of shipping documents.
6. Ensure compliance with GDP, cGMP, export regulations, and company quality systems.
7. Maintain accurate export records, reports, and ERP transactions.
8. Verify physical stock, dispatch documents, and system records for accuracy.
9. Prepare invoices, e-way bills, e-invoices, and coordinate transport documentation.
10. Support QA in implementation of quality systems and report any deviations promptly.
11. Ensure proper housekeeping, documentation, and adherence to departmental SOPs.
12. Perform other logistics and dispatch-related activities as assigned by management.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline; preferred specialization in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.
• Relevant experience in export logistics, dispatch, or supply chain operations in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of export documentation, customs procedures, ERP systems, and international logistics.
