Job summary

DealHub Ltd., based in Thane, seeks a Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager Operations to lead PAN India Technical Facility Management Operations. The role requires hands-on leadership of multi-location maintenance, strict SLA/KPI adherence, and proactive vendor management.

You will coordinate electrical, HVAC, UPS, DG, fire protection, and other MEP systems, driving cost optimization, compliance, and customer satisfaction while traveling across India.

Qualifications

• Diploma in electrical engineering or Bachelor's degree in any stream.
• 5+ years in Technical Facility Management Operations.
• Strong PAN India vendor network.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
• Leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical facility management operations across multiple locations in India.

We are looking for a dynamic and highly proactive Sr.Executive /Asst Manager Operations to lead and manage our PAN India Technical Facility Management Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage technical facility management operations across multiple locations in India.
• Ensure seamless delivery of maintenance services with strict adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
• Build, manage, and strengthen a robust vendor and service partner network across the country.
• Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance for electrical, HVAC, UPS, DG, fire protection, and other MEP systems.
• Drive operational excellence, cost optimization, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile:

• Diploma in electrical engineering or Bachelor’s Degree in any stream
• Five plus years of experience in Technical Facility Management Operations.
• Strong PAN India vendor network and excellent vendor management skills.
• Highly proactive, self-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
