About Job: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Facility Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of integrated facility services at our client sites in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining service excellence, ensuring operational compliance, and delivering cost-effective, safe, and high-quality facility management services across commercial or industrial properties. The role requires leadership, attention to detail, client handling, and team management expertise.

1. Operations & Service Delivery

• Ensure smooth functioning of soft and hard services, including housekeeping, MEP, security, horticulture, pest control, and helpdesk.
• Manage facility operations in accordance with client SLAs and internal SOPs.
• Monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance schedules for all technical equipment.
• Implement energy-saving and sustainability initiatives.

2. Client Relationship & Coordination

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client escalations, meetings, and reviews.
• Conduct regular site audits and walkthroughs with clients.
• Prepare and present monthly MIS reports, performance reviews, and improvement plans.
• Supervise and train on-ground staff and service vendors to ensure high performance and discipline.
• Ensure timely attendance, grooming, and deployment of staff.
• Coordinate with approved vendors for AMC, procurement, and specialized services.

4. Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure 100% statutory compliance related to labour laws, EHS, fire safety, and local government regulations.
• Maintain site documentation including asset registers, checklists, incident reports, and permits.

5. Budget & Cost Control

• Monitor expenses, reduce wastage, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Support the procurement team in vendor negotiations and invoice verification.
