Job summary

Property Solutions India Pvt Ltd in Mumbai is seeking a Facility Manager Technical with 8+ years of experience to lead on-site operations at a client site in Prabhadevi (Worli). The role requires a Diploma / BE / BTech in Electrical Engineering and strong knowledge of commercial facility management.

You will oversee electrical, HVAC, BMS, safety, and maintenance programs, drive energy efficiency, manage vendors and teams, and ensure compliance and service quality across all MEP and soft services.

Qualifications

• Diploma / BE / BTech in Electrical Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in facility management.
• Commercial / corporate experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of facility management.
• Energy management and cost optimization experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical and soft services operations at the client site.
• Oversee electrical, HVAC, DG, UPS, BMS, fire & life safety, plumbing, and other MEP systems.
• Manage housekeeping, security, pantry, and other soft services.
• Lead site teams, manage manpower deployment, and ensure service quality.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is completed as per schedules and SLAs.
• Manage AMC vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Ensure statutory, safety, and compliance requirements are met.
• Handle client coordination, complaints, escalations, and operational reviews.
• Monitor facility budgets, maintenance costs, and overall operational performance.
• Drive energy sustainability initiatives and energy cost-saving measures.
• Identify opportunities to reduce energy consumption and improve facility efficiency.
• Prepare and review MIS, maintenance, energy, and facility performance reports.
