Job summary

Illusion Dental Laboratory is seeking a proactive Inventory & Stores Coordinator to manage stock levels, oversee receiving and storage, and maintain accurate ERP records. You will lead store staff, enforce FIFO, and coordinate with Purchasing, Production and QC to ensure timely material availability.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to optimize logistics and safety within a warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Maintain accurate stock records and ensure materials availability.
• Operate ERP and inventory tools to track receipts, issues, and variances.
• Implement FIFO storage and prevent material loss or shortages.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production and QC teams for smooth operations.
• Lead store helpers and ensure safety and housekeeping in warehouse.

Role & responsibilities

A. Inventory & Stock Control

• Monitor daily stock levels to ensure materials are ready for upcoming production plans.
• Oversee material receiving, inspection coordination, storage, and issue of stock.
• Maintain accurate digital and physical records using ERP Software or inventory tools.
• Conduct regular stock checks and support physical inventory audits.
• Prevent material loss, excess stock, and shortages.
• Maintain FIFO in stores.

B. Operations & Coordination

• Help run day-to-day storage operations & logistics operations.
• Coordinate daily with Purchase, Production, Quality Control teams
• Ensure proper labelling, barcoding, and systematic arrangement of engineering parts or raw materials.
• Take complete charge of the store

C. MIS

• Monthly logistics cost with analysis.
• Monthly stock variances with the reasons
• Monthly Receipt & Issue
• Monthly supplier rejections & its settlements (Debit / Credit Notes)
• Weekly review of Min-Max of RMs & PMs

D. Team & Safety Management

• Supervise, train, and guide store helpers and inventory associates.
• Monitor attendance, daily tasks, and team productivity.
• Enforce workplace safety, proper material handling, and clean housekeeping rules inside the warehouse.
