Job summary

Ampo Valves is seeking a Sr. Engineer/Asst. Manager/Joint Manager for Technical Sales Support in the valve field. The role requires 6–10 years in mechanical/instrumentation engineering with substantial valve sales experience and strong English communication.

The candidate will manage key accounts, support bids, and drive revenue in a global market, including USA-related channels. Experience with EPCs and distributors is preferred and the role involves direct customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or instrumentation engineering with 6-10 years experience in the field of Application/Sales, including 5-10 years in Valve Sales.
• Good communication skill (oral and written English).
• Customer handling experience - Direct preferred / through frontline sales.
• Experience handling End user/EPC/Distributors at USA market preferred.

• Sending periodical sales progress report to management
• Designated as Technical Sales Support and shall be responsible for respective accounts/territory in Global market
• Prospecting leads through cold calls, customer references, web search & qualifying the leads.
• Co-ordination with Internal and production team for timely delivery.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through value added services.
• Conducting a training for the customers and educating the technologies.
• Understanding the application/Product and promoting suitable solution.
• Suggesting the alternate solution and helping in application selling
• Collection of receivables.
