Job summary

SPR Auto Technologies Limited in Ghaziabad (UP) seeks a Sr. Engineer/AM to lead Quality & Manufacturing Excellence. You will drive rejection reduction projects, monitor QRQC activities, and coordinate CAPA implementations across the plant.

The role requires 10–12 years of experience in quality and manufacturing excellence, with a B.Tech in ME. Based in Ghaziabad, the candidate will interface with Production, QA, and R&D to sustain process improvements.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of experience in quality and manufacturing excellence.
• B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (ME).
• Automotive spare parts/engine components domain experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive rejection reduction projects and monitor quality improvement initiatives.
• Lead daily QRQC, VQA rejection analysis, defect analysis and CAPA tracking.
• Manage Lot Return analysis, clearance and reduction actions.
• Control Rework/Reject segregation and clearance from Plant and CRI.
• Monitor live process stock, SAP rejection posting and monthly stock activities.
• Drive abnormality management, root-cause analysis and CAPA.
• Coordinate with QA audits, including preparation, action plans and training.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive rejection reduction projects and monitor quality improvement initiatives.
• Lead daily QRQC, VQA rejection analysis, defect analysis and action-plan tracking.
• Manage Lot Return analysis, clearance and reduction actions.
• Control Rework/Reject segregation and clearance from Plant and CRI.
• Monitor live process stock, SAP rejection posting and monthly stock activities.
• Drive abnormality management, root-cause analysis and CAPA.
• Manage customer complaints, analysis, corrective actions and deployment across sections.
• Coordinate Customer/QA audits, including preparation, action plans, documentation and training.
• Control Change Management through PCR/PCA and 4M change reviews.
• Drive IATF activities, shortfall analysis, CAPA and monthly quality planning.
• Coordinate with R&D for tool/tooling development, trials and implementation.
• Manage manufacturing improvement projects, deviations and assigned projects.
• Conduct Supervisor/Operator training on quality, process and operational requirements.
• Prepare and maintain SPQR, COQ, Q-Meeting and project status reports.
• Drive cross-functional coordination with Production, QA, R&D and other stakeholders for continuous improvement.
