Job summary

Aashirwad Filcomps is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to lead Customer Quality & QMS initiatives for automotive rubber & plastic components in Faridabad. The role focuses on containment, RCA, and CAPA, with involvement in APQP/PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, and SPC coordination.

Strong background in 4M change management and metrology is preferred. Candidate should have automotive supplier experience and be adept at audit preparation, evidence documentation, and closure of audit findings.

Qualifications

• Senior Quality Engineer with automotive supplier background preferred.
• Experience in customer quality management and QMS implementations.

Responsibilities

• Customer complaint containment, RCA, and CAPA effectiveness.
• Prepare and submit APQP documents and PPAPs.
• Coordinate PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, and SPC activities.
• Manage 4M change management and in-process/final inspections.
• Maintain calibration records and testing data; coordinate external calibration.
