Job summary

IT Education Centre in Pune seeks an experienced Sr Education Counselor to provide expert academic and career guidance, manage end-to-end admission processes, and lead counseling efforts to achieve enrollment targets.

You will mentor junior counselors, nurture relationships with students, parents, and institutions, and ensure ethical, accurate guidance aligned with students' goals. Immediate notice period and office-based work are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Education sales or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in any stream.
• Experience in EdTech industry is a plus.

• Identify and address academic, behavioral, or emotional concerns, referring students to appropriate support services when necessary.
