Job summary

Net Access India Limited in Chennai is seeking a Senior Desktop Support Engineer to manage desktop hardware, email configurations, AD user management and software support. You will handle SLA-bound calls, troubleshoot network/app issues, and contribute to MIS reporting from a client-facing setup.

Required 4–8 years of relevant experience, BE/B.Tech or Diploma in EEE/ECE/CSE/IT, and strong communication skills. On-site role with opportunities for process improvements and CTS compliance.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of desktop support experience.
• BE/B.Tech or Diploma in EEE/ECE/CSE/IT.
• Good communication and language skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls per SLA including email configuration and hardware support.
• Troubleshoot network and application issues; provide service recommendations.

• Compliance management and escape issues as required.
• Team handling experience is an advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Experience in the following:
   • Handling calls as per SLA related to:
   • E-Mail Configuration
   • Hardware, Desktops & Laptops
   • Printers & Scanners
   • Active Directory - Addition & Deletion
   • Mobile Devices like IOS & Android for basic email troubleshoot
   • MS Office
   • Working on Anti-Virus updates
   • Working on OS - Windows latest version
   • Updating CTS
2. Troubleshooting all network and application issues and provide recommendations to ensure better customer services
3. Documentation & MIS reporting
4. Compliance management and escape issues if required
5. Team handling experience will be an advantage
