Job summary

Tata Communications in Chennai seeks a presales professional to plan and deliver end-to-end solutions across DIA, IPVPN, DE optical, Eline and EWL. You will work with cross-functional teams to design and present feasible options within the agreed SLA.

You will use tools like Beethoven, Cramer, GSA Lite and Google Maps, manage client inventories such as Citrix, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to produce robust solution documents and win opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver end-to-end solutions across products and bandwidths (2Mb to 100GB) for DIA, IPVPN, DE optical, Eline and EWL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions.
• Use Beethoven and Cramer for presales activities and DB management.
• Utilize locating tools like GSA Lite, NIG, and Google Maps for location management.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage client inventories such as Citrix, Beethoven and Cramer as needed.
• Deliver feasibility solutions within the SLA.
• Create solution documents using IPVPN, DE, EWL, DE Line and design tools.
