The candidate will lead end-to-end change efforts, manage resistance, and deliver multi-channel communications campaigns while partnering with UK/US stakeholders and ensuring adoption measurement post-implementation.

• Develop and execute operating model adoption strategy.
• Lead end-to-end change and adoption strategies.
• Drive engagement and adoption of new ways of working.
• Manage resistance and adoption across global organisations.
• Lead multi-channel leadership communications and campaigns.
• Capture, document and standardise SOPs and practices.
• Measure adoption and reinforce post-implementation.
• Coordinate time-zone aware stakeholder engagements (UK/US).
• Prepare PM artifacts for end-to-end delivery.
