Maven It Solutions is seeking a CASA / BFSI Recruiter in Noida to manage end-to-end recruitment for CASA and BFSI mandates. You will source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other channels, handling high-volume hiring for Sales and Branch Banking roles across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate will have 2–6 years in BFSI recruitment, strong sourcing and candidate management skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while driving closures and revenue generation.

Formación

• 2–6 years of BFSI / CASA / Banking recruitment experience.
• Hands-on experience hiring for CASA Sales, Relationship Managers, Branch Banking, Business Development, and frontline banking roles.
• Strong knowledge of the BFSI recruitment market and candidate availability across locations.
• Experience working on Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Highly target-oriented with a focus on closures and revenue generation.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for CASA and BFSI hiring mandates.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, references, and other recruitment channels.
• Handle high-volume recruitment for Sales and Branch Banking positions across multiple locations.
• Screen candidates and assess experience, communication, stability, salary expectations, and suitability for client requirements.
• Ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates and achieve daily profile submission and monthly joining targets.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, documentation, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.
• Maintain regular follow-up with selected candidates to ensure offer-to-joining conversion.
• Work closely with Business Development and Account Management teams to understand client requirements and deliver candidates within agreed TAT.
• Maintain daily recruitment MIS and track profiles, interviews, selections, offers, and joinings.
• Take ownership of recruitment targets and contribute directly to business revenue through successful closures.

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-oriented CASA / BFSI Recruiterto join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and closing candidates for CASA Sales, Branch Banking, Relationship Manager, Business Development, Wealth Management, Credit, Collections, and other BFSI positionsfor leading banking and financial services clients.
