Job summary

Sutherland is seeking a Senior Recruiter with strong BFSI hiring expertise to join our Talent Acquisition team in Hyderabad. You will drive end-to-end recruitment for BFSI roles, manage bulk hiring, and coordinate with stakeholders to meet hiring targets in a fast-paced BPO environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of recruitment experience, excellent sourcing and screening skills, and the ability to handle multiple requirements with effective communication and coordination.

Qualifications

• BFSI recruitment experience is mandatory.
• End-to-end recruitment experience required.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Stakeholder management experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for BFSI requirements.
• Drive bulk hiring within defined timelines.

• Screen resumes and assess fit against job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage offer rollouts and joining closures.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide updates.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
