Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Hyderabad on a contract‑hire basis. The ideal candidate will have 6–8 years of hands‑on experience in US IT staffing and recruitment, with strong expertise in sourcing, screening, qualifying, and submitting candidates for contract and contract‑to‑hire technology roles across the US market. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced US shift environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle for US IT requirements, including requirement intake, sourcing, screening, submission, interview coordination, offer follow‑up, and onboarding support.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, professional networks, and other sourcing channels.
• Work on a variety of IT roles across technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, ERP, QA, Business Analysis, Project Management, and other niche skill sets.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, work authorization, compensation expectations, and availability.
• Screen candidates for communication skills, technical fitment, work authorization, relocation flexibility, and interest level.
• Negotiate pay rates and salary expectations in alignment with client budgets and market standards.
• Submit qualified candidates to account managers, clients, or vendor partners with accurate candidate summaries and required documentation.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future requirements.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and ensure timely updates on candidate status, submissions, interviews, and closures.
