Job summary

Artex Risk Solutions in Bengaluru is seeking a skilled Learning Analytics & Reporting Professional to analyze training data, build recurring reports, and deliver dashboards for leadership.

You will translate business questions into analytical studies, track key metrics, and automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. Strong Excel and Power BI skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in reporting, analytics, MIS, workforce analytics, or Learning Analytics.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Learning & Development, Business Administration, HR, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, Dashboards, Complex Formulas, and Data Modeling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to explain complex data clearly and business-friendly.

Responsibilities

• Analyze training, certification, proficiency, quality, and performance data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain recurring L&D reports, scorecards, and dashboards for stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Track and report key learning metrics on a regular basis.
• Perform root cause analysis to identify factors impacting learning outcomes and business performance.
• Generate actionable insights and recommendations from learning data.
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
• Create visual representations of learning data to help stakeholders understand trends and performance.
• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and reporting timelines.
• Support the development of self-service reporting solutions for leadership and operational teams.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of training data across systems and reports.
• Conduct data validation, reconciliation, audits, and periodic quality checks.
• Support data governance initiatives by maintaining reporting standards and documentation.
• Identify reporting discrepancies and collaborate with stakeholders to drive corrective actions.
• Partner with L&D Leads, Trainers, Operations Leaders, HR, and Business Stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
