Job summary

JU Agri Sciences Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to drive design, delivery and governance of capability programs in a manufacturing setting.

The role requires 7–10 years in L&D, strong facilitation, data analytics, LMS proficiency, and stakeholder management. You will lead end-to-end programs, build blended learning journeys, and partner with HRBPs to align capabilities with business needs.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR/ Psychology/ Business Management or related discipline preferred.
• Certifications in facilitation, coaching, instructional design, psychometrics, or learning analytics will be an added advantage.
• 7–10 years of experience in Learning & Development Specialist/ Talent Development/ Organizational Development.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver learning solutions aligned to business and capability needs.
• Support functional and role-based development programs in long-term journeys and calendarized initiatives.
• Create end-to-end engaging, blended learning experiences (classroom, virtual, digital and on-the-job).
• Maintain accurate learning data, dashboards and MIS for tracking participation and effectiveness.
• Analyse trends in learning metrics to generate actionable insights.
• Prepare reliable reports for leadership, HR reviews, audits and business updates.
• Manage end-to-end execution of learning programs, from planning to closure.
• Coordinate logistics, communication, delivery, and stakeholder experience.
• Track effectiveness (L1L3, business impact) and ensure governance on timelines, budgets, and reporting.
• Deliver engaging classroom and virtual sessions with strong business relevance.
• Use interactive methods like discussions, simulations and role plays to enhance learning.
• Support trainer development while ensuring high-quality, impactful facilitation.
• Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to identify capability needs and priorities.
• Manage external vendors, from evaluation to delivery, ensuring quality and alignment.
• Ensure partners deliver measurable value, outcomes, and learning impact.

Key Responsibilities

1. Learning Design & Program Delivery

• Design and deliver learning solutions aligned to business and capability needs.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, dashboarding, LMS usage, reporting and data management skills.
• Good understanding of learning design, adult learning principles and blended learning.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and program management skills.

Career Background

• 7-10 years of experience as a Learning & Development Specialist/ in Talent Development/ Organizational Development
• Experience in manufacturing/ engineering/ industrial or mid-large corporate environments preferred.
• Prior exposure to supervisory development, managerial capability building and behavioural training.
• Experience in LMS, learning analytics, dashboards, vendor management and learning effectiveness measurement.

Educational Qualification

MBA / PGDM in HR/ Psychology/ Business Management or related discipline preferred.
