Job summary

MS AGARWAL FOUNDRIES PVT LTD is seeking an L&D professional to coordinate and administer learning initiatives in Hyderabad. You will plan and execute training calendars, design and deliver programs, and evaluate outcomes to align with business goals.

The role requires expertise in adult learning, instructional design, and MIS reporting, with preference for LMS administration experience and training effectiveness measurement. Collaboration with stakeholders is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in L&D or related field.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and MIS reporting tools.
• Proficiency in creating skill matrices for assessment purposes.
• Exposure to LMS administration, training MIS and training effectiveness measurement will be preferred
