greytHR in Bengaluru is seeking a hands-on Product Implementation Specialist to manage end-to-end deployment of SaaS HRMS solutions. You will gather requirements, configure modules, conduct UAT, and drive data migration while coordinating with Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success teams.

Manage the full implementation lifecycle including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Conduct client workshops to understand business processes and map them to product capabilities.
Configure product modules and workflows to align with customer requirements.
Manage and validate data migration activities, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams during UAT and post go-live.
Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Support, Customer Success) for issue resolution. Track project progress, communicate status updates, and manage risks to ensure timely delivery.
Document implementation best practices, templates, and client-specific configurations for reusability.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, ensuring a seamless handover to the support team.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
Certifications in project management (Agile/Scrum, PMP, PRINCE2) or SaaS tools preferred.
2-4 years of experience in product implementation, solution delivery, or consulting.
Strong knowledge of SaaS/HRMS/Enterprise software workflows.
Hands-on experience with data migration, system configuration, and UAT management.
Proficiency in MS Excel/SQL for data handling and analysis.
Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
