Job summary

Guidona Softpedia is seeking a Software Implementation Specialist to drive end-to-end WorkEdgeHR deployments for client organisations. You will translate client requirements into configuration modules, workflows, and permissions, and set up org structures, processes, and business rules within the system.

You will clean and migrate client data, perform configuration testing and UAT with clients, and coordinate fixes with Product/Dev teams.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in software / product / SaaS implementation for external clients.
• Hands-on experience across configuration, data migration, UAT and go-live.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Solid Excel and comfort handling structured data.
• Confidence dealing directly with clients and reading business requirements.
• Basic grasp of APIs, databases or integrations (a plus, not a must).
• The ability to learn a complex SaaS product fast.
