Job summary

KimohaTech is seeking an experienced Product Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end implementation of enterprise technology products in Bengaluru. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, Data, Operations and Customer Success teams to translate client requirements into effective product solutions.

You will drive project plans, manage cross-functional teams, and lead client discovery, demos, UAT and sign-off while helping improve processes and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years in Product Implementation, Technology Consulting, PM, Business Analysis, Customer Success, or similar roles.
• Experience implementing enterprise software or technology products for clients.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent client-facing communication and knowledge of Agile/Scrum/SDLC.

• Maintain implementation documentation, workflows, decisions and status.
• Proactively identify risks, blockers, scope changes and dependencies.

Job Description – Product Implementation Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Product Implementation Manager to manage end-to-end implementation of enterprise technology products. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Data, Operations, and Customer Success teams to understand client requirements and deliver effective product solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to identify and deliver appropriate product solutions.
• Manage implementation projects including project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, QA, Data, Operations, and Customer Success.
• Lead client discovery sessions, requirements workshops, product demonstrations, solution walkthroughs, and status meetings.
• Coordinate product configuration, integrations, data mapping, APIs, reporting, and other technical implementation activities.
• Manage UAT, track defects and open items, and drive client acceptance and sign-off.
• Identify gaps between client requirements and existing product capabilities and collaborate with Product teams on solutions or enhancements.
• Maintain implementation documentation, requirements, workflows, decisions, action items, and project status.
• Proactively identify and manage project risks, blockers, scope changes, and dependencies.
• Gather customer feedback and translate it into actionable insights for Product teams.
• Support product releases, enhancements, helping clients understand and utilise new capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes, product usability, and customer experience.
• Ensure a smooth transition from implementation to ongoing Customer Success and Support.

Required Qualifications :

• 4–8+ years of experience in Product Implementation, Technology Consulting, Project Management, Business Analysis, Customer Success, or similar roles.
• Experience implementing enterprise software or technology products for clients.
• Strong understanding of business requirements, product functionality, and technology delivery.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical product and technical solutions.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and SDLC methodologies.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar project management tools.
