The Specialist will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality implementations, driving customer satisfaction and long-term adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track project progress, communicate status updates, and manage risks to ensure timely delivery.
• Document implementation best practices, templates, and client-specific configurations for reusability.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, ensuring a seamless handover to the support team.
