Specialist - HRO - Payroll Specialist

Job Location: Noida

Work Mode: Work From Office

The Payroll Specialist is responsible for ensuring timely accurate and compliant processing of employee payrolls across assigned countries or business units. This role involves end-to-end ownership of payroll inputs validations reconciliations and coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure a seamless pay experience for employees.

Responsibilities

• Handle error reports from vendors concerning eligibility issues.
• Administer COBRA and flexible spending account (FSA) plans. Oversee the online enrollment process
• . Process events in PeopleSoft.
• Conduct benefit audits to ensure accurate employee enrollment. Engage in cyclical benefit programs, including: Open enrollment processes Entering elections into the system Affordable Care Act (ACA) administration and compliance Assist with resolving employee benefit-related inquiries.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
