Job summary

Genpact Hyderabad is seeking a Sr. Specialist in F&A within the I2C group to oversee daily operations and drive accurate financial processes. You will guide a team, assign tasks, and monitor performance while ensuring compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance.
• Masters in Finance is preferred.
• English language proficiency required.
• Experience in AR management and cash application.
• Familiarity with SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Provide guidance and support to team members for their professional development.
