Job summary

Genpact India is seeking a Senior Specialist - F&A (AP) to lead a sizeable accounts payable team, ensuring SLA/KPI adherence, invoicing accuracy, audit responses, and timely month-end close. You will partner with the Business Accounting group and stakeholders to resolve issues and drive performance.

You will mentor staff, participate in governance calls, and push process improvements using SAP, Oracle, and Workday, contributing to Genpact's AI-driven finance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, commerce, economics or finance.
• Experience leading Accounts Payable in finance operations.
• Strong data analytics, ERP and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a large AP team with KPI/SLA adherence.
• Oversee invoicing, audits, and close timelines for month-end.
• Coordinate with Business Accounting and internal/external stakeholders.
• Mentor team members and lead governance calls.
