Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Specialist - HRO focused on Payroll & Benefits to manage global payroll processes, enrollment operations, and benefits audits. The role requires strong certifications and experience in benefits administration within a hybrid work setup in India.

You will oversee COBRA/ FSA programs, handle eligibility issues, and ensure ACA compliance while using PeopleSoft for processing and enrollment tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business/economics/finance with relevant specialization.
• Certifications such as CPP, CIPP, CPA are desirable.
• Experience with global payroll and benefits management is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle error reports from vendors concerning eligibility issues.
• Administer COBRA and flexible spending account (FSA) plans.
• Oversee the online enrollment process.
• Process events in PeopleSoft.
