Job summary

Genpact Ltd. in India is seeking a Specialist - HRO - Payroll & Benefits to lead end-to-end UK payroll operations and ensure accurate processing for all employees.

You will validate data, ensure PAYE/NIC/pensions, and maintain HMRC RTI compliance while safeguarding data under GDPR. This role requires strong payroll knowledge, attention to detail, and collaboration across teams. Experience with Workday or SAP is a plus, and audits support is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong payroll processing expertise and UK payroll knowledge.
• End-to-end payroll operations experience and attention to detail.
• Experience with payroll taxes, NI, PAYE, pensions, RTI, and GDPR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee end-to-end UK payroll operations.
• Validate payroll data including starters, leavers, salary changes, bonuses, and deductions.
• Ensure correct calculation of PAYE, National Insurance, pensions, and statutory payments.
• Review and reconcile payroll output prior to approvals and disbursement.
• Maintain compliance with HMRC regulations, RTI reporting, and UK employment law.
• Support payroll audits with documentation and analysis.
