Job summary

Genpact in India is seeking a Specialist - HRO - Payroll & Benefits to manage payroll, benefits and enrollment processes. You will handle eligibility issues, administer COBRA and FSA plans, and process events in PeopleSoft, ensuring accurate employee enrollment and annual open enrollment cycles.

The role requires strong knowledge of global payroll, incentive compensation, and Workday Payroll, with a focus on compliance and quality in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelors - Commerce, Bachelors - Economics, Bachelors - Finance, Masters - Business Administration, Masters - Business Analytics
• Certifications include CPP (CIPP) and CPA
• Strong knowledge of Global Payroll, Incentive Compensation, and Workday Payroll

Responsibilities

• Handle error reports from vendors concerning eligibility issues.
• Administer COBRA and flexible spending account (FSA) plans.
• Oversee the online enrollment process and process events in PeopleSoft.
• Conduct benefit audits to ensure accurate employee enrollment.
• Engage in cyclical benefit programs including open enrollment and ACA administration and compliance.
• Assist with resolving employee benefit-related inquiries.
