Job summary

Genpact Ltd. in Hyderabad is seeking a Specialist - HRO focused on Payroll & Benefits to manage complex benefit programs and payroll processing. You will collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate enrollment and compliant payroll operations.

You will handle error reports, enrollment, audits, and ACA/FSA tasks, supporting open enrollment and benefits administration across multiple programs.

Qualifications

• Experience with global payroll processes and compliance.
• Knowledge of payroll taxes and open enrollment workflows.
• Familiarity with payroll systems such as Workday.

Responsibilities

• Handle error reports from vendors concerning eligibility issues.
• Administer COBRA and flexible spending account (FSA) plans.
• Oversee the online enrollment process.
• Process events in PeopleSoft.
• Conduct benefit audits to ensure accurate employee enrollment.
• Engage in cyclical benefit programs, including open enrollment and elections Entry.

• Assist with resolving employee benefit-related inquiries.
