Responsibilities

• Handle employee payroll questions and benefit inquiries with professionalism.
• Assist with enrollment in COBRA, FSA, and other benefits programs.
• Oversee enrollment processes and ensure accuracy in system entries.
• Process payroll events and data changes in PeopleSoft or HRIS.
• Conduct benefit audits to verify accurate employee enrollment in programs.
• Coordinate open enrollment and communicate changes to employees.
• Enter elections and changes into the payroll/benefits system.
• Assist ACA administration and compliance activities.
• Support with resolving employee benefit-related inquiries and issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned by HR leadership.

Responsibilities

• Handle error reports from vendors concerning eligibility issues.
• Administer COBRA and flexible spending account (FSA) plans.
• Oversee the online enrollment process.
• Process events in PeopleSoft.
• Conduct benefit audits to ensure accurate employee enrollment. Engage in cyclical benefit programs, including:
• Open enrollment processes
• Entering elections into the system
• Affordable Care Act (ACA) administration and compliance
• Assist with resolving employee benefit-related inquiries.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
