• Responsible for overseeing all aspects of employee relationships within the organization, from recruitment to offboarding, ensuring compliance with policies and fostering positive employee experiences.
  
• Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding support.
  
• Assist in developing and implementing employee orientation programs and training initiatives to support smooth integration and development.
  
• Support employee performance evaluations and feedback processes by maintaining documentation and tracking timelines.
  
• Administer HR policies and procedures related to benefits, leave management, and employee relations, ensuring accurate execution.
  
• Oversee offboarding procedures, including conducting exit interviews and managing separation documentation.
  
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality and security in line with organizational standards.
  
• Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to support compliance across all aspects of employee lifecycle management.
