Job summary

Genpact, a global AI-driven tech solutions leader, invites you to join its HR Shared Services team in a hybrid role in Mumbai. You will handle end-to-end HR transactions, data integrity, and stakeholder support, contributing to a high-quality service culture.

You will work with HR business partners on complex issues, ensure policy compliance, and drive process improvements while leveraging Oracle HR tools and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/IR, Psychology or related field.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration or HR preferred.
• Professional HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• End to end HR Shared Services transactional activities.
• Deliver a quality and professional service to all internal customers and stakeholders.
• Follow SOPs to ensure high quality and consistent service delivery.
• Collect and cleanse data to populate management reporting systems.
• Interact with stakeholders with strong interpersonal skills.
• Handle HR inquiries and process employee data changes promptly.
• Administer HR transactions such as hires, terminations, and promotions.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity.
• Assist in benefits administration and open enrollment processes.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to resolve HR issues.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR Shared Services processes and systems.

Job Description

• End to end HR Shared Services transactional activities
• Deliver a quality and professional service to all internal customers and stakeholders
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures to ensure high quality and consistent service delivery
• Collect and cleanse data to populate management reporting systems
• Good interpersonal skills as the resource will be interacting with the stakeholders
• Sound domain knowledge required in terms of process deliverables
• Ability to get into detailing of the process and have an eye for detail
• Manage and respond to HR inquiries from employees and managers;
• Process employee data changes accurately and in a timely manner;
• Administer HR transactions such as new hires, terminations, and promotions;
• Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity;
• Assist in benefits administration and support open enrollment processes;
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other teams to resolve complex HR issues;
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures;
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR Shared Services processes and systems.
