Qualifications

• Assess actual performance against goals, taking corrective actions as necessary to keep the team on track.
• Identify opportunities to drive value beyond SLAs and contractual terms, driving value share and transformation initiatives.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer and intensified issues, including root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Mentor, guide, and empower the team to meet targets and key people metrics.
• Focus on talent building for future growth through effective hiring, resource planning, and utilization.
• Build strong relationships with internal business partners and customers to drive business growth and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Proactively identify business and financial risks and develop alternatives or mitigants.
