Job summary

Genpact in Mumbai is seeking a Specialist - HR Shared Services to manage end-to-end HR transactional activities and deliver high-quality service to internal customers. You will follow SOPs, cleanse data for reporting, and handle HR inquiries with accuracy, collaborating with HR partners to resolve issues and maintain data integrity.

Ideal candidates hold multiple HR degrees (Bachelors or Masters) and certifications, with strong English and advanced HR operations knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/IR or HRM; Psychology background acceptable.
• MBA or Masters in HRM preferred; strong HRIS knowledge beneficial.
• Experience in HR Shared Services and data integrity is valued.

Job Description

• End to end HR Shared Services transactional activities
• Deliver a quality and professional service to all internal customers and stakeholders
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures to ensure high quality and consistent service delivery
• Collect and cleanse data to populate management reporting systems
• Good interpersonal skills as the resource will be interacting with the stakeholders
• Sound domain knowledge required in terms of process deliverables
• Ability to get into detailing of the process and have an eye for detail
• Manage and respond to HR inquiries from employees and managers; Process employee data changes accurately and in a timely manner; Administer HR transactions such as new hires, terminations, and promotions; Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity; Assist in benefits administration and support open enrollment processes; Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other teams to resolve complex HR issues; Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures; Contribute to continuous improvement of HR Shared Services processes and systems.
