Job summary

Ride N Repair is seeking an Inventory & Parts Coordinator to manage our spare-parts catalogue, vendor pricing and stock flow for mechanics across cities. You will forecast demand, handle GST-compliant invoicing, and audit part quality to ensure genuine parts are used.

A detail-oriented mindset and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets are essential for success. You will drive efficiency by tracking inventory, reconciling usage, and negotiating with vendors to maintain cost-effective stock levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive spare parts, inventory or procurement (1+ year).
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
• Detail-oriented with part numbers, quantities and prices.
• Comfortable negotiating with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the spare-parts catalogue – part codes, fitment, cost price and MRP.
• Manage vendor purchases, GST-compliant invoicing and payment follow-up.
• Track per-mechanic inventory, reconcile consumption against bookings and flag leakage.
• Forecast demand by city and service type to prevent stockouts of fast-moving parts.
• Audit part quality and remove vendors supplying non-genuine or non-OEM parts.

A doorstep service either works because the part was already in the mechanic's bag, or it fails. You own that. You will manage the catalogue, vendor pricing, stock levels and the daily flow of parts to mechanics across cities.

• Track per-mechanic inventory, reconcile consumption against completed bookings and flag leakage.
• Forecast demand by city and service type so fast-moving parts never stock out.
• Audit part quality and remove vendors who supply anything other than genuine or OEM-grade parts.

What we are looking for

• 1+ year in automotive spare parts, inventory or procurement.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills - VLOOKUP and pivot tables at minimum.
• Detail obsessive about part numbers, quantities and prices.
• Comfortable negotiating with vendors.

Nice to have

• Two-wheeler or four-wheeler parts catalogue knowledge.
• Experience with an inventory or ERP system.
