Job summary

Amor Management Consultants in Mumbai seeks aSales Coordination professional to support the sales team, coordinate with customers and dealers, and manage orders, invoices, and MIS reporting.

The role requires 2+ years in Sales Coordination / Operations, with a background in mechanical or automobile fields preferred, and strong MS Excel/ERP/SAP skills. The position focuses on achieving sales targets and coordinating cross-functionally for timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Operations.
• Graduate or Diploma with Mechanical/Automobile background preferred.
• Experience in construction equipment, heavy machinery, mining equipment, automotive, or commercial vehicles preferred.
• Basic understanding of spare parts and aftermarket activities is a plus.
• Strong communication, coordination and customer-handling skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and ERP/SAP.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in day-to-day sales coordination and execution.
• Coordinate with customers, dealers, sales executives, service teams, and internal departments.
• Handle sales enquiries, quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and order tracking.
• Follow up with customers and dealers for enquiries, order status, payments, and deliveries.
• Maintain sales data, customer records, and prepare regular MIS and sales reports.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely equipment and material dispatches.
• Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and business growth.
• Handle customer queries and ensure timely coordination for issue resolution.
• Assist in spare parts enquiries and sales as required, with parts/service teams.
• Support basic aftermarket activities, including parts follow-up and service-related coordination.
• Coordinate with Finance, Service, Parts, Warehouse, and Logistics teams for smooth operations.
• Maintain proper documentation and updates in ERP/SAP and MS Excel.
