Job summary

Globiva seeks a dedicated BPO professional to provide top-tier Spanish language support in Gurugram. The role involves handling client communications via calls, emails, and chats, translating technical documents, and developing strong client relationships.

You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve overall client satisfaction while working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• 0-6 years of experience in a BPO/call center environment or related field.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Spanish (CEFR C1 level).
• Strong knowledge of Spanish grammar, vocabulary, and syntax.
