Job summary

Novel Office is seeking a Spanish Customer Support Executive to assist our international clientele. You will handle inquiries in Spanish and English, using calls, emails, and other channels to deliver timely and professional assistance to US-based clients.

Candidates should have strong communication and problem-solving skills, be comfortable in a fast-paced global environment, and willing to work night shifts aligned with US time zones. Freshers are welcome.

Qualifications

• Spanish proficiency at CEFR B2/C1 level preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with US-based clients is a plus.

Preferred candidate profile

• Spanish proficiency: B2C1 level (CEFR) preferred.

• Comfortable communicating with US clients and international customers.

• Basic knowledge of CRM/ERP tools and MS Office is preferred.
• Prior customer support experience is an advantage; strong freshers may also apply.
