The role requires a candidate to engage with Spanish-speaking clients and ensure seamless communication between both languages. Clearing the Spanish interview round is mandatory for the candidate to proceed with the bilingual process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients, assisting with queries related to US banking services.
• Translate and interpret documents, emails, and meetings between English and Spanish as required.
• Provide clear and effective communication in both Spanish and English, ensuring client needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
• Address and resolve client inquiries and issues efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of Spanish-language customer support materials and documentation.
• Prepare and present reports on process performance, improvements, and client engagement metrics.
